    Head Chef and co-owner. Originally from Turkey, Arda has lived in Sydney for ten years, moving up the hospitality food chain from waiter and barista, to Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and ultimately Head Chef, in establishments including Restaurant 360, Centennial Parklands Dining and the Swiss Hotel. A precise and careful chef, Arda makes every meal stand out through careful selection of flavours and ingredients.

    Head Barista and co-owner Also from Turkey, Oscar moved to Australia 14 years ago to study international business management and stayed on to study hospitality management. Certified as a chef and barista, Oscar now runs the day-to-day at Le Cafeier when he’s not working the coffee machine and greeting customers.

    When not hanging out at one of Sydney’s hottest ‘hot spots’ Efe aka ‘Eddie’ can be found mostly behind the coffee machine, making coffee the way you like or running the floor on his own way at Le Cafeier. Also from Turkey, Efe first arrived in Sydney, 12 years ago, to study graphic design, went on to business management and he hasn’t looked back. He’s been the manager of Le Cafeier for the last two years and also he is the creator of menus and other design and promotion elements. Just like Oscar and Arda, Efe has worked at some of Sydney’s best known restaurants..
